Clearing the application data for the DOGTV app can help resolve intermittent playback issues on your Fire TVYou will do this within the Fire TV settings.

  1. Select Settings from the Fire TV menu
  2. Select Applications > Manage Installed Applications
  3. Select the application you're having trouble with
  4. Select Force Stop, and then select Clear Data
  5. When prompted to Delete App Data, select Clear Data again
  6. Restart your Fire TV by going to Settings > Device > Restart
Please note: If you use your subscription to login to the app you may need to re-enter your account information. 
To sign in to your Fire TV using your subscription:
  1. Go to the Settings in the DOGTV app
  2. Select Login
  3. Enter your email address & password
